CHHATTISGARH Chhattisgarh eyes population-ratio plan, total quota may breach 80% The Congress government in Chhattisgarh plans to enact a legislation to provide reservation in jobs and educational institutions in “proportion of the population” of STs/SCs and other categories during the two-day special session of the assembly beginning December 1.
