CHHATTISGARH Rajim kumbh to hold ‘river marathon’ The Chhattisgarh Government will be holding a ‘River Marathon’ event at the venue of Rajim Kumbh to spread the message of saving India’s rivers. This year, the mega event of Rajim Kumbh (Kalp) Mela, starting on Jan 31 at confluence of Rivers- Mahanadi, Pairi and Sondhur, has been linked with the cause of conservation of rivers and their cleanliness. CHHATTISGARH Bharat net’ project to transform rural lives: CM The Chief Minister said that the Chhattisgarh Government and Central Government have inked a MoU of Bharat Net Project in the state capital today which will transform radically the lives of villagers in the near future. Six thousand gram panchayats will be connected with Internet.
