CHHATTISGARH C’garh govt identifies guma limestone block for auction   The Mineral Resources Department of  Chhattisgarh Government has identified the Guma limestone block for the purpose of grant of Mining Lease in 249.49 hectares in Palari tehsil of Baloda Bazar – Bhatapara district for specified end use of clinker/ cement through electronic auction.   Notably, Chhattisgarh Government had confirmed two limestone blocks and one Bauxite block ready for auction last year, the Central Government has informed.   Notably, the Ministry of Mines was monitoring the process very closely with the state governments. CHHATTISGARH Bharat net’ project to transform rural lives: CM   The Chief Minister said that the Chhattisgarh Government and Central Government have inked a MoU of Bharat Net Project in the state capital today which will transform radically the lives of villagers in the near future. Six thousand gram panchayats will be connected with Internet. CHHATTISGARH C’garh’s Paddy Procurement Drive To Begin From Nov 15   Chief Minister Raman Singh on Sunday announced that his Government had set up 1992 paddy procurement centres across the State to facilitate paddy procurement from 15.79 lakh farmers from November 15 till January 31.   Chief Minister said that tendu patta is the main source of income for nearly 14 lakh families and keeping this in view, State Government has increased the wages of tendu patta collectors from Rs 450 per standard sack to ‘1500 per standard sack and then to ‘1800 per standard sack.   Now in the ...
