CHHATTISGARH Raipur tops in liquor consumption in state Chhattisgarh has set a record of sorts with its revenue collections from liquor sale during the past eight months — the period when it took over the entire business of liquor sale in its hands this year. Owing to a record sale, people of Chhattisgarh have consumed liquor worth Rs 24 billion and the Raipur had topped by spending Rs 3.8 billion on it.
