CHHATTISGARH Gram sabhas in 10,971 panchayats from Apr 14  Gram Sabhas will be organised in about 10,971 gram panchayats from April 14, the birth anniversary of the architect of Indian Constitution Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar, according to Directorate of Panchayat. Chief Minister Raman Singh appealed to the citizens of the State to participate in large numbers in the gram sabhas. CHHATTISGARH C’garh second highest after kerala in male-female sex ratio  A NITI Aayog report issued recently has pointed out that Chhattisgarh holds second rank after Kerala in terms of male-female sex-ratio (at the time of birth), Health Department officials informed on Monday.
