CHHATTISGARH Chhattisgarh to hand over 9 CHCs to private players, opposition cries foul   Chhattisgarh government’s move to hand over nine government community health centre(CHCs), including four in the state capital, to private entities has drawn flak from the opposition parties. The opposition parties accused the BJP government of shying away from its responsibility to provide better health care to citizens.
