CHHATTISGARH Rajnandgaon ranked 2nd in country among 101 aspirational districts Rajnandgaon district of Chhattisgarh stands second in the baseline ranking for the 101 aspirational districts in the country created by NITI Aayog with score of 47.96 per cent. This programme is a policy priority of the Central Government. NITI Aayog anchors the programme with support from Central Ministries and the State Governments. CHHATTISGARH Bhoramdev sanctuary not to be tiger reserve: min The State Government has shelved its plan to declare Bhoramdev Sanctuary as a Tiger Reserve, Forest Minister Mahesh Gagda. The Minister said that the decision was taken in the interest of forest dwellers. Gagda also said that no forest dweller would be displaced from any forest village in the name of Tiger Reserve at the Bhoramdev Sanctuary.
