CHHATTISGARH Govt to hold ‘gram sabhas’ in 19 districts   The Chhattisgarh Government has decided to organize Gram Sabhas in 85 tribal dominated development blocks of 19 districts, which are included under fifth notification of PESA Act, on June 10 and 11.   Gram Sabhas will be organized in 5055 Gram Panchayats of these blocks, wherein information regarding the achievements and the schemes of Food, Civil Supply Department, Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Forest Department and Tribal and Scheduled Caste Development Department, along with the schemes conducted by Central Government and State Government will be provided.   In compliance to ... CHHATTISGARH Modi interacts with ujjwala yojana beneficiaries of c’garh   Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday had direct conversation with three beneficiary women of Raipur district of Chhattisgarh under Ujjwala Yojana, through video conferencing.   The Prime Minister started the conversation with ‘Jai Johar’.   Modi also asked them about the betterment in their health after getting the smoke-free kitchen under Ujjwala Yojana. CHHATTISGARH Chhattisgarh to launch ‘cm pension scheme’   Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh announced on Sunday in his monthly radio talk programme ‘Raman Ke Goth’ that his government has decided to launch Chief Minister Pension Scheme this year.   The scheme is intended to cover roughly three lakh people who have been found to be extremely deprived in socio-economic survey of year 2011. CHHATTISGARH Five new rly line projects in pipeline: ministry   As many as five new railway line and six track doubling projects are in different stages of execution which fall partly or fully in the State of C’garh, the Union Railway Ministry has informed. Therefore, 19 projects of new lines and double tracks having a total cost of Rs  23,710 crore are in different stages of execution which fall partly or fully in the State of Chhattisgarh.
