Pattern of Revenue Expenditure In India, government expenditure – as per the provision in the Constitution – is divided into revenue expenditure and capital expenditure. However, the adoption of economic planning shifted emphasize on the division of expenditure into Plan and Non-Plan. The share of Non-Plan expenditure has remained close to 70% and that of Plan at 30% all these years. CHHATTISGARH Govt to develop tourist spots in surguja forests   The State Government is planning to develop tourist destinations in forests of Surguja region, officials informed. CHHATTISGARH Chhattisgarh’s first governor D N Sahay passes away   Former governor of Chhattisgarh and Tripura Dinesh Nandan Sahay has died after prolonged illness. CHHATTISGARH Bhilai gets chhattisgarh’s 2nd amrit pharmacy   Chhattisgarh’s second AMRIT pharmacy was inaugurated by  Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) in a sustained bid to provide lifesaving drugs and surgical disposables for life threatening diseases like cancer and heart diseases.   A flagship initiative of the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the AMRIT (Affordable Medicines and Reliable Implants for Treatment) pharmacy was launched at AIIMS, New Delhi in November 2015 with the object of providing affordable medicines for treatment of cancer, cardio-vascular and other diseases. CHHATTISGARH Iocl to Set Up Lpg Bottling Plant In Korba District   Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) will be setting up an LPG Bottling Plant at Gopalpur in Korba district of Chhattisgarh, officials informed.   LPG from IOCL Raipur and GAIL unit in Guna ( Madhya Pradesh) will be received through bullet trucks and stored in mounded bullets of capacity 3 x 600MT (total 1800MT).
