CHHATTISGARH Govt to tie up with pvt firms for training progs in livelihood colleges   State Project Livelihood College Society will be registering firms having a proven track record in imparting skill development training for providing training to the youth of Chhattisgarh in Livelihood Colleges, officials informed.
