CHHATTISGARH Chhattisgarh govt’s proposed move to categorize private hospitals draws flak The private hospitals under Chhattisgarh Indian Medical Association (CIMA) have opposed the state government’s proposed move to categorize the private hospitals under the four categories- A, B, C and D based on the medical facilities being provided to the beneficiaries availing treatments under government schemes and insurance health covers. Chhattisgarh’s IMA has pointed out that once the hospital will be labelled under B, C and D categories, the percentage of payments made under health smart cards will gradually decrease. CHHATTISGARH Plan to include all disabilities in health insurance schemes  Master plan to include differently abled persons in various health insurance schemes is on the anvil according to state planning commission, officials informed. Chief minister raman singh is keen on including all category of disabilities in the insurance scheme.
