CHHATTISGARH CM dedicates india’s 2nd largest start-up incubation centre   Chief Minister Raman Singh dedicated the country’s second largest Start-Up Incubation Centre ’36 Inc’ in the capital.   The Start -Up industrialists are provided with ultra-modern techniques and latest gadgets. CHHATTISGARH Gram sabhas in 10,971 panchayats from Apr 14   Gram Sabhas will be organised in about 10,971 gram panchayats from April 14, the birth anniversary of  the architect of Indian Constitution Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar, according to Directorate of Panchayat.   Chief Minister Raman Singh appealed to the citizens of the State to participate in large numbers in the gram sabhas.   He added that it is a part of democracy to participate in the activities of gram panchayats where the concerned representatives give an account of the developmental activities. CHHATTISGARH Survey of river banks for plantation soon   Recently Chief Secretary had discussions on minor forest produce procurement, afforestation, wild life conservation, bonus to tendu patta collectors, herbal processing and several other issues.   The Chief Secretary called upon the officials to conduct a survey of the river banks for conducting plantations.   He stressed upon the bamboo production and tissue culture. CHHATTISGARH 5 new agriculture colleges to be set up in state: brijmohan   Five new agriculture colleges will come up in the State, Chhattisgarh Agriculture Minister Brijmohan Agrawal announced on Sunday at a national symposium held here at Indira Gandhi Agriculture University.   In the symposium, the Minister declared that new agriculture colleges would be opened in Kurud, Mahasamund, Balod, Korba and Jashpur.
