CHHATTISGARH CM opens toll-free service 104 for disabled   Chief Minister Raman Singh launched a toll-free number 104 for the differently-abled, senior citizens, destitutes and transgenders at his official residence here.   The facility was introduced by the Social Welfare Department. Singh called up on the toll-free number and congratulated the Call Attendant.   Senior citizens, widows, destitutes and transgenders can avail  the facility by just dialing toll-free number-104.
