CHHATTISGARH Centre may apply for adb loan for c’garh road connectivity   The Central Government is planning to apply for a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the Chhattisgarh Road Connectivity Project , official sources informed.   The project will improve road connectivity in the state of Chhattisgarh by rehabilitating and upgrading state highways and major district roads (MDRs) with an aggregate length of about 900 km. CHHATTISGARH 16 model fertilizer retail shops in c’garh   A total of 16  Model Fertilizer Retail shops have been opened in Chhattisgarh so far, the Central Government has informed.   During Budget 2016-17, it was announced that over a period of three years, 2000 Model Fertilizer Retail Shops would be opened across the country. CHHATTISGARH Bill to acquire tribal land for dev. Schemes passed   The Chhattisgarh Assembly passed the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code (Amendment) bill which would facilitate the government to acquire tribal land for various development schemes.   After tabling the bill, the minister said that the amendment in the previous Act will ease the process of land acquisition in the tribal areas for various welfare schemes.
