CHHATTISGARH Chhattisgarh east west rail corridor may complete by 2020  The Chhattisgarh East-West Rail Corridor project is expected to be complete by 2020, officials informed. The proposed track from Gevra Road to Pendra via Dipka, Katghora, Sindurgarh and Pasan has a length of 135 km, Urga- Kusmunda has a length of about 16 km and Feeder Lines of about 35 km. As a result of better implementation of this scheme by Health and Family Welfare Department, till date 3.77 lakh pregnant women have been examined and provided medical treatment. It is noteworthy that under this scheme, pregnant women are provided free medicines, after check-up.
