CHHATTISGARH Chhattisgarh announces 50k subsidy on e-rickshaw Chief Minister Raman Singh on Sunday announced subsidy up to Rs 50,000 on purchase of e-rickshaw in state, through Lbaour Department. Earlier Swarna Jayanti Rozgar Yojana was conducted for livelihood and self-employment in which participation of men and women were equal. Now it has been named as ‘Bihaan’, which means ‘morning’. CHHATTISGARH Centre may apply for adb loan for c’garh road connectivity The Central Government is planning to apply for a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the Chhattisgarh Road Connectivity Project , official sources informed. The project will improve road connectivity in the state of Chhattisgarh by rehabilitating and upgrading state highways and major district roads (MDRs) with an aggregate length of about 900 km. CHHATTISGARH Vayosri yojana’ to be launched in three dists Union Social Justice and Empowerment Ministry had launched ‘Vayosri Yojana’ for supplying any aid to senior citizens as per their requirements.The project will be launched at Bilaspur, Raigarh and Janjgir-Champa districts, the Central Government has informed.
