CHHATTISGARH C’garh govt identifies guma limestone block for auction   The Mineral Resources Department of  Chhattisgarh Government has identified the Guma limestone block for the purpose of grant of Mining Lease in 249.49 hectares in Palari tehsil of Baloda Bazar – Bhatapara district for specified end use of clinker/ cement through electronic auction.   Notably, Chhattisgarh Government had confirmed two limestone blocks and one Bauxite block ready for auction last year, the Central Government has informed.   Notably, the Ministry of Mines was monitoring the process very closely with the state governments. CHHATTISGARH Survey of river banks for plantation soon   Recently Chief Secretary had discussions on minor forest produce procurement, afforestation, wild life conservation, bonus to tendu patta collectors, herbal processing and several other issues.   The Chief Secretary called upon the officials to conduct a survey of the river banks for conducting plantations.   He stressed upon the bamboo production and tissue culture.
