CHHATTISGARH Chhattisgarh to Distribute Free Smartphones to Over 50 Lakh People  Chhattisgarh government will start distributing smartphones to over 50 lakh people for free from May under the Sanchar Kranti Yojana (SKY), months ahead of assembly polls in the state. CHHATTISGARH Govt not to use panchayat fund for sky  In a major decision, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister announced that the funds granted by 14th Finance Commission for development and welfare of panchayats would not be utilised in the Sanchar Kranti Yojana (SKY) scheme.
