CHHATTISGARH Chhattisgarh CM to launch Vikas Yatra  Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh has launched Vikas Yatra from Dantewada. Addressing the media, the Chief Minister said, “This yatra is to tell people about the development the state has witnessed. CHHATTISGARH Govt not to use panchayat fund for sky  In a major decision, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister announced that the funds granted by 14th Finance Commission for development and welfare of panchayats would not be utilised in the Sanchar Kranti Yojana (SKY) scheme.
