CHHATTISGARH Chhattisgarh to Distribute Free Smartphones to Over 50 Lakh People Chhattisgarh government will start distributing smartphones to over 50 lakh people for free from May under the Sanchar Kranti Yojana (SKY), months ahead of assembly polls in the state.
