CHHATTISGARH Chhattisgarh CM to launch Vikas Yatra   Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh has launched Vikas Yatra from Dantewada.   Addressing the media, the Chief Minister said, “This yatra is to tell people about the development the state has witnessed.
