CHHATTISGARH Centre may apply for adb loan for c’garh road connectivity The Central Government is planning to apply for a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the Chhattisgarh Road Connectivity Project , official sources informed. The project will improve road connectivity in the state of Chhattisgarh by rehabilitating and upgrading state highways and major district roads (MDRs) with an aggregate length of about 900 km. CHHATTISGARH Chief secy reviews various key ongoing projects Chief Secretary Vivek Dhand reviewed the progress of work for various rail, coal and power projects underway in Chhattisgarh at the Mantralaya. The Chief Secretary directed the Collectors, Forest and Revenue Department officials related to these projects, via video conference, to report about the pending projects, ensure land acquisition for projects, public hearing, compensation, forest and environment clearance for these projects as soon as possible.
