PM Modi praises Bemetara SHG during 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has praised the work of the Women of the Jai Gondwana self-help group of Deori village of Bemetara district, around 70-k from the state capital, during his 100th episode ofMann Ki Baat. These women were invited to the Raj Bhawan in Raipur where they listened to the Prime Minister.

Governor Bishwabhushan Harichandan described the 100th episode as a momentous occasion, as it undergoes the programmes enduring popularity since its launch on October 3, 2014.

Decades after attaining full literacy, Kerala embarked on a journey to become a fullye-literate society.Recognizing the potential of digital technologies to enhance Governance and delivery, the State Government launched several initiatives to achieve total e-governance. The vision for transparent and speedy service delivery to all citizens has been a key driving force behind these efforts.
