CHHATTISGARH Chhattisgarh: Forest dept to bring ‘Kumki’ jumbos to tame tusker menace   Aiming to curb the menace of rampaging wild elephants and to drive them away from human inhabited areas in Chhattisgarh, twelve local mahouts are undergoing training a special in Karnataka.
