Chhattisgarh   Chhattisgarh: District administration set up ‘Udaan’ coaching institute for poor, talented girls Balrampur district administration has started Udaan coaching institute to provide free education and accommodation to girl students. The institute helps girls from financially weak background to get enrolled in various competitive examinations.   The administration has also appointed two teachers from neighboring states. Students are all praises about this initiative as they prepare for UPSC examinations in guidance of officers.
