CHHATTISGARH Govt allocates 16.91l quintals rice for pds in December The State Government under the Public Distribution System (PDS) allocated about 16.91 lakh quintals of rice to 58 lakh ration card holders for the month of December in the entire State. The allocation is meant for all the 27 districts, officials informed. Five cities of Chhattisgarh now have the Core-PDS system implemented involving a total of 484 ration shops, officials informed.
