CHHATTISGARH Rlys to set up 50 mw solar plant in bhilai   The Ministry of Railways has planned to set up a 50 MW solar plant at vacant railway land in Bhilai , the Central Government has informed. It has planned to set up 500 MW solar plants on land based system for meeting its Non-Traction and Traction requirements, mostly through Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) using vacant Railway/private/Government lands .
