CHHATTISGARH 30l standard sacks of tendupatta collected so far: govt Nearly 8.30 lakh standard sacks of tendupatta have been collected in more than 10,000 collection centres under 916 primary forest cooperative societies of Chhattisgarh, officials informed. From Bastar to Surguja, tendupatta from 31 forest division of the State is being collected. Incoming of maximum number of sacks i.e. 70, 000 standard sacks has been collected in Gariaband forest division. CHHATTISGARH Govt gives nod to large irrigation projects in jashpur The State Government has accorded administrative approval of Rs 15.96 crore for conducting survey for two proposed large irrigation projects in Jashpur district of Chhattisgarh, officials informed. The projects are Dandpani Large Reservoir and Shekharpur Irrigation projects. Notably, Chhattisgarh has set an ambitious target of raising its irrigation potential to 3.2 million hectares by 2028, officials informed. CHHATTISGARH Public grievance redressal highest in c’garh: govt The review of the Central Public Grievances and Administrative Reforms’ (CPGRAMS) web-portal has revealed that the redressal of the grievances of applicants is the highest in Chhattisgarh among the 29 States of the country. The Department officers said that Chhattisgarh State Government had received 18, 735 applications from Central Public Grievances Redressal and Monitoring System Web portal. 15,299 complaints (81.66 per cent) have been settled.
