    C’garh accepts punchhi commission recommendations   Chhattisgarh on Friday agreed to the recommendations of the Punchhi Commission on Centre-State relations regarding environment, natural resources and infrastructure, officials informed.   The standing committee had sought state government’s stand on recommendations made on volume 6 and 7 of Punchhi Commission report.   Notably, the Standing Committee of the Inter-State Council (ISC) headed by the Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh completed the onerous task of deliberations on all the 273 recommendations of the Punchhi Commission. CHHATTISGARH 38 items filed in c’garh with investment worth rs 2,483 cr in 2017   A total of 38 Industrial Entrepreneurs Memorandum (IEM) were filed in Chhattisgarh with total investment of Rs 2,483 crore as on December 31, 2017.   This was compared to 50 IEMs filed with proposed investment of Rs 11,853 crores during 2016-17, as per the annual report 2017-18 of the Department of Industrial Promotion and Policy (DIPP).   A total of five Industrial Entrepreneurship Memorandum (IEM) (Part B) form were filed by the entrepreneurs for setting up projects and commencement of production in Chhattisgarh involving proposed  ... CHHATTISGARH Chhattisgarh east west rail corridor may complete by 2020   The Chhattisgarh East-West Rail Corridor project is expected to be complete by 2020, officials informed.   The proposed track from  Gevra Road to Pendra via Dipka, Katghora, Sindurgarh and Pasan has a length of 135 km, Urga- Kusmunda has a length of about 16 km and Feeder Lines of about 35 km.
