CHHATTISGARH 55,81,443 smart cards prepared in c’garh so far   Health Minister Ajay Chandrakar informed the Chhattisgarh Assembly on Thursday that a total of 61,96,110 smart cards are targetted to be made under National Health Insurance Scheme and Chief Minster Health Insurance Scheme.
